The team of Geta Brătescu – Apparitions project, which will represent Romania at the 57th International Art Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia, organizes in Bucharest the first event in a series of meetings and talks, with the aim of acquainting the public with Geta Brătescu’s body of work and the curatorial concept of the exhibition, as well as initiating the training program for potential custodians of the exhibition.
Members of the project team will attend the event. Magda Radu, curator of the exhibition, will give a presentation about the work and artistic career of Geta Brătescu and describe the concept of the exhibition Apparitions.

The meeting is also designed as an opportunity for young professionals working in the arts to get accustomed to the context of the Biennale Arte in Venice and learn more about the program for custodians. After the presentation, those interested to participate in the program are invited to a discussion with the team.
